I hate the designated hitter rule. My dad does, too.

Team President Bill DeWitt III on why the Cardinals have turned down over $50 million to move to the American League. 

While I applaud the Cardinals for taking up the good fight and sticking it to the DH, a cause close to my heart, I’d be willing to do many, many unspeakable things for $50 million.
